I’ve been to another Blogger event-a Bloggers Market. This does what it says on the tin-bloggers were selling their old clothes, shoes, accessories and some were even selling things they’d made. It was a good chance to meet some other bloggers too-I had fun chatting to Laura, Sophie, Emma, Kayleigh and Rihanna, and it was very cool to see Jemma again.
The event was held in a ‘Community Space’ called Ziferblat-it’s a unique concept, you basically pay for the time you are using the space for-5p per minute. You can help yourself to tea, coffee and cake (and lots of different breakfast things, should you visit early in the day) use their free wifi, charge your phone if you need to, and just pay your 5p per minute on the way out. I felt that the place was very relaxed, probably because you aren’t being rushed to finish your coffee. You also aren’t thinking whether or not you can afford a slice of really overpriced cake!
Ziferblat is a HUGE room with different types of seating-from a breakfast bar with stools, sofas, lower down tables with an assortment of chairs (including AMAZING orange plastic rocking chairs!!) and even a dining table and chairs. Very quirky, very cool.
So, what everyone is wondering-what did I buy? Well, I’ll show you!
I did buy some more jewellery, handmade by a lovely lady, but I am saving that for a future post 🙂
Have you been to any blogger events? Would you like to?
