*How to get a gorgeous smile

I’d like to start this post by saying-you have a gorgeous smile already. Yes, YOU. I’m not trying to suggest anyone doesn’t and I’m not trying to upset anyone, so please know you are gorgeous just the way you are. However, you may be like me, and want to make that smile even more sparkling. If so, read on-this is the post for you!

Look after your teeth-you only get one set!

Okay, so technically you get two, and then potentially a set of false teeth. But lets face it, it’s good to look after our own natural teeth as best we can, right? So, brush them twice a day, floss, use mouthwash. Don’t brush too soon after drinking anything really acidic. And, visit your dentist. If you’re scared, tell them-they’ll be nice to you, I promise! Dental health is very, very important.

I go to my dentist every six months, and I always brush twice a day. I use whitening toothpaste as I do find my teeth end up not looking their best-perhaps because I drink so much tea! Must ask my dentist.

Rock that lippy

Find a lipstick/lipgloss (or a handful, or a drawer full-who am I to say you should only have one!?) that you love. Wear it regularly. Work it girl! I love bright colours on me, like this one. I think the right lipstick can really make a look, I’m a big lipstick fan.

The best smiles are natural ones. Laugh. The more you laugh, the happier you are. Surround yourself with people who make you laugh-they are the best.

Spend time with animals

Unless you hate animals, of course. This boy always makes me smile. He’s my Uncle’s, and I regularly borrow him for walks. He cheers me up, always. Being that cute is always going to make people smile.

Exercising released endorphins, which naturally make you happier. I do Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop and I love it. I’ll be blogging about them both soon too, so do keep an eye out for that.

What would your top tips be for getting a gorgeous smile?
