I spent Galentines Day this year trying out Lost and Found Leeds before their grand opening on the 16th February. We’d been invited to the soft launch-so that we could try out the menu and have a look around before the place was open to the public-and it seemed like us and every other Leeds Blogger we could think of was in that room at once. I do love a good food event and this was definitely one of the best in a while.
Lost and Found Leeds is a beautiful, beautiful place (I’ve added a ton of photos at the end for you to have a look if you’re interested) with a really relaxed but fancy bar downstairs, set over a couple of different rooms, and a restaurant upstairs. There’s also a secret bar-which can be hired for functions and will be opened when the main bar is really busy-which we had a look at and I can confirm it’s just as gorgeous (I want to do a shoot in there). The toilets are also super fancy-with a separate area with benches and gorgeous golden mirrors where you can sit and refresh your makeup. Perfect! I’d say Lost and Found Leeds has got the decor spot on.
Food wise, you’ve probably already guessed from the photos what we had-our starter was a sharing platter of warm breads and antipasti, £8 and £18, which was really nice. I had the fillet steak at £24 and a side of triple cooked chips at £3.50 (my steak was well done-and unlike most places I asked for a well done steak and GOT a well done steak-I know chefs don’t tend to like cooking them but at Lost and Found Leeds, they respect what the customer has asked for) and Lizi went for the Wagyu Beef Burger at £13. Kellie had the Wild Mushroom Risotto at £12 and it was immense, and I don’t ever order risotto so it had to be good to impress me. For dessert Kellie and I both chose the Millionare’s Shortbread at £8 and Lizi went for the the Sticky Toffee Pudding at £6. Our cocktails were Lavender Sour at £8.25, Bay Of The Beast at £8.95 and Fine and Dandy at £8.75. They were all really tasty and in my opinion, worth the price tag. All three of us were fed and watered for £130 which I’d say is fair for the quality of the food and drink (and we didn’t need the starters as well as desserts really)
Will you be trying Lost and Found Leeds?
*Our food and drink on the night were complimentary in return for this review. All thoughts, words and opinions are my own.

This looks like a great place, I really need to revisit Leeds as I have only been once for a spa day and it is not that far from me on a train x

I don’t even eat steak and that looks delicious! I’d be a bit miffed at having to buy my chips separately though!

If there was ever a reason to head back to Leeds, I have one now. Since we moved to Lancashire, I really do miss Leeds. I love the City, the night life and many choices of places to eat.
