Yesterday I popped to Superdrug to grab a couple of things to send to Sara, my #TheBloggersSnailMail buddy (you can read about the project HERE) obviously whilst I was there I had to have a little look for myself. So, I only spent £15, just a little haul. But my goodness, it was a good one!
Make Up Revolution Amazing Care Lipsticks in Love Nude (left) and Love Pink (right) these were £3 each and promise high shine and intense colour. They are enriched with Argan Oil to moisturise and hydrate lips. I couldn’t resist trying these and may be tempted by the rest of the colours if these are any good!
Makeup Revolution Eyeshadows in Frozen (left) and Good Life (right). At £1 each I grabbed these as something a bit different than my usual beige eyeshadow to wear during the day. They go on very sheer but frankly thats what I was hoping for, and I can’t complain at all for that price. I suspect a few more of their eyeshadows will end up in my make-up stash!
Makeup Revolution Lipsticks in Rebel with Cause (left) 100% Vamp (middle) and Vice (right). These lipsticks were £1 each and are very pigmented. They feel very moisturising on my lips too. I wanted to try a Berry and a Plum lipstick for Autumn but couldn’t resist the Orange, as I love bright lipsticks usually. Think I’m going to enjoy wearing these.
MUA (Makeup Academy) Blushers in Candyfloss (left) and Bonbon (right). Again £1 each, I plan to wear these for a more natural look during the day. Both are well pigmented especially for the price.
This is a pretty boring staple-MUA’s Pressed Powder. £1 and I needed some more. Bargain!
These MUA Lipglosses (guess how much? £1-are you sensing a theme here?) are again earmarked for a daytime subtle make-up look. I’ll have to post some daytime looks in the products I’ve bought today, maybe next weekend. On the left is Perk Me Up, middle is Happy Days and the right is Just Incase. All pretty sheer, much more natural.
My last make-up product is one I’m REALLY excited about, although the boyfriend gave me a funny look when I tried it on…
Yep, Black Lipstick! Specifically, MUA Lipstick in Raven. £1. I know, I know-it’s a bit gothic. However-it’s for Halloween. So, I can be forgiven!
Last thing was three new facemasks, which I’m looking forward to using. I love a good pamper night.
What’s been in your latest make-up haul? What do you love from Makeup Revolution or MUA?
